Responsibilities

-System Integration Lead/Senior Project Engineer for the project platform delivery to the project development. The System Integration position main areas of responsibility are:
-Accountable for the integration and end-to-end system functionality of engineering, co-ordination towards relevant alliances, delivery lines and interfacing parties within the project.
-Ensure overall system integrity and functionality.
-Manage the System Integration resources and Scope of Work
-Ensuring that the system integration has sufficient technical competence and capacity to complete the necessary deliverables.
-Support integration of project plan, risk and quality assurance
-Ensure alignment with Pre-Ops and unmanned installation operating model.
-May act as Company delegate in Audits and Verifications
-Responsible in cooperation with other Alliance team members for undertaking specific tasks and roles, as specified, which contribute to and support Operator fulfilling its overall “see to it” duty in accordance with the Framework Regulations §7.
-Ensure liaison with project Technical Integration team and company Tas.
-Support and report on processes for MoC, IR’s, TQs, LL, DEVs and NCRs.
-Contribute to solve technical challenges as early as possible and at lowest possible level.
-Assist in driving multi-disciplinary technical activities or task forces.
-Support integration of interface management
-Ensure proper involvement of company personnel in procurement processes and packages.
-Ensure company participation in relevant ITP activities.

Required experience

-M.Sc./B.Sc. in engineering
-Good technical and multidiscipline overview
-Minimum 5 years’ experience from multidiscipline projects within E&P
-Experience with one or more project delivery lines (Facility, Drilling, Subsea, HSSEQ, Operations). Previously experience with one of the service providers to E&P is also relevant.
-Open to new learning and applying digital solutions
Location: Position is mainly in Stavanger, but Fornebu is an option. Then travel every week to Stavanger is expected.
